What is your return to policy?

We guarantee our products from defects or breakage for a period of 30 days. We do not guarantee refunds or exchanges on shipping, handling or miscellaneous costs unless due to carrier or sender error.


Do you include billing information in the packaging?

We do not include any billing or invoice information with the package.


What are your terms and conditions?

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older, and that verification of age is required at time of purchase.

We strongly recommend the use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your shipment. Signature is required at time of delivery and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.

In such circumstances - the order may be held in storage by the shipper until appropriate identification is produced - or it may be shipped back to DANCING DEER CELLARS.

All associated costs will be charged to the customer.


Is my delivery guaranteed?

We guarantee orders to be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you place your order.

DANCING DEER CELLARS cannot be responsible for weather conditions or natural disasters, and orders that are late due to such conditions are not subject to refund, rebate or returns.

DANCING DEER CELLARS is not responsible for “attempted” deliveries if no adult is present to accept your order. Due to liability and legal regulations alcohol cannot be left at your door.

We recommend that your order be shipped to a business address.


When can I expect my Wine Club series shipment?

Shipments are sent monthly, quarterly & 6 times per year, depending on the shipment you select.

For monthly & quarterly programs, we ship close to the 1st and 15th of the month, depending on your sign up date.

6 times per year program shipments are sent in February, April, June, October, November & December. Dates are subject to change.


May I cancel my wine club membership or is there a penalty?

You may absolutely cancel at anytime - for no reason.


Do you drop ship?

Yes, whether you’re sending 1 or 1000 "individual" gifts? We can help!

We’ll personalize each bottle with your name or message at no additional cost and drop ship to each individual recipient!

Email or fax your list of recipients and shipping information.

Simply follow the personalization instruction in the “Personalize” section.

We'll do the rest! Yes...It's that easy!
